Bring Dignity Discharge to hospitals in your community.
We are inviting charities, shelters, faith communities and community organizations across the United States to join this effort. Partners help collect new retail items, pack and seal care kits, store supplies, and deliver kits to hospitals near them, so patients of every age leave with something in hand.

Partners handle new retail items only. Partner volunteers never meet patients or receive patient information.
